User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. PS Market (the "Service") is an online classified advertisements platform intended for posting and browsing listings related to gaming goods and accessories.

1.2. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement in full.

1.3. The Administration of the Service reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.

2. Service Status

2.1. PS Market is not a seller, buyer, agent, or intermediary in transactions between users.

2.2. All transactions are carried out directly between users at their own risk and responsibility.

2.3. The Administration does not participate in negotiations, payments, delivery, or dispute resolution between users.

3. Accounts and Registration

3.1. Creating an account may be required to publish listings on the Service.

3.2. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3.3. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bypassing restrictions or bans is prohibited.

4. Listing Rules

4.1. Users are prohibited from publishing listings that:

• violate the laws of the European Union or the user's country of residence;
• contain false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
• infringe upon the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
• contain spam, fraudulent schemes, or unauthorized advertising.

4.2. The user guarantees that they have the legal right to sell the goods offered in their listing.

4.3. The Administration reserves the right to edit, remove, or block listings and user accounts without explanation if they violate this Agreement or raise reasonable concerns.

5. Liability

5.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

5.2. The Administration shall not be liable for:

• the quality, authenticity, or condition of goods;
• fulfillment or non-fulfillment of obligations between users;
• any financial or other losses resulting from the use of the Service.

5.3. Users independently assess all risks associated with transactions conducted through the Service.

6. Access Restriction

6.1. The Administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to the Service for users who violate this Agreement.

6.2. Account suspension or termination does not release the user from responsibility for actions performed prior to such measures.

7. Governing Law

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country of registration of the Service Administration.
