PSmarket.online Platform Rules

These rules describe the basic requirements for posting listings and using the PSmarket.online platform. By using the service, you confirm that you accept these rules.

1. General Provisions

PSmarket.online is a classified ads service for buying and selling gaming equipment, PCs, games, and accessories. The administration is not a party to transactions between users.

Users must comply with the laws of their country as well as the platform rules when posting listings and communicating with other users.

2. Posting Listings

By posting a listing, you confirm that you have the right to sell the item and that the information provided is truthful and up to date.

It is prohibited to duplicate the same listing, indicate an incorrect price, hide significant defects of the item, or mislead users.

One listing — one item. Each item must be published in a separate listing with its own description and price.

Posting multiple identical items is allowed only if they are completely identical.

Listings that include sets of different items (for example, multiple games in one listing as shown in a photo) are not allowed.

3. Prohibited Items and Content

It is prohibited to post listings for items whose circulation is restricted or prohibited by law, as well as content involving violence, discrimination, hate speech, or copyright infringement.

Posting spam, fraudulent schemes, links to suspicious resources, or advertisements unrelated to the platform’s topic is not allowed.

4. Transactions and Communication

All payments and transactions take place directly between users. The administration is not responsible for the fulfillment of obligations by the parties.

Users must behave respectfully, avoid insults or threats, and must not attempt to deceive other platform participants.

5. Moderation and Blocking

The administration reserves the right to hide, edit, or delete listings and block accounts if they violate platform rules or raise reasonable suspicion.

An account or listing may be blocked without prior notice if the violation is obvious or repeated.

6. Changes to the Rules

The platform rules may be updated. The current version is always available on the “Platform Rules” page. By continuing to use the service after updates, you agree to the new terms.
